Mummys & Kids Cambridge Club

The Club is conducted by a nursery teacher – a certified English teacher and an English-speaking nursery teacher assistant.

Club’s lesson duration: 1,5 hours.

Children immerse in a bilingual environment: during the whole lesson duration key words and phrases used by the teacher are repeated in English. Nursery teacher assistant only speaks to children in English.

Activities interchange every 15-20 minutes since it is difficult for a child to hold attention for a longer period of time.

The lesson includes:

• the English language based on methods developed by Linguistics School-Lyceum and British Lyceum
• musical  breaks with songs learning in English and Russian (British and Russian methods);
• activities in Montessori environment;
• P.T. breaks;
• developmental activities of different types (sensory and motor development, developing logical thinking, attention and analytical skills and more);
• Science;
• Art;
• sandplay therapy (activities with kinetic and quartz sand);
• a fairy tale at the end of the lesson as a compulsory part.
