Pottery workshop

We have our own pottery class equipped with a throwing wheel and pottery kilns. This activity is a separate discipline in our school and UniverNursery curriculum. Children work with natural materials, develop fine motor skills, hand - eye coordination and creative thinking. Lessons are held in classes as well as in the pottery class. Every piece of handwork made by children goes from being a lump of clay to baking and painting thus opening to children an exciting world of handicraft.The course is taught by a certified teacher and art historian (Elementary Sculpture and Ceramics).
